Achieving the right indoor temperature has been a struggle for me! More often than not, I would end up with a hotter or cooler than the necessary indoor temperature, despite our best efforts to achieve an ambient indoor temperature; At first, I thought the problem arose due to our analog control unit, then so I updated our mechanical control component with a programmable control unit, however our indoor temperature problem persisted; I knew I had to act fast to official this problem, or else our children would begin to experience health complications.
I called an Heating and Air Conditioning worker to diagnose our lake house and repair the indoor temperature issue.
The Heating and Air Conditioning professional was successful at eliminating cooler spots in the house, and unfortunately, the Heating and Air Conditioning repairman wasn’t able to eliminate the hotter spots in the house. All of us still had to deal with this problem until I decided to take matters into our own hands. I called a few of our friends over! One of them was a construction expert, and the other, Tim, was an Heating and Air Conditioning professional. Together, both of us brainstormed on how to repair the overheated rooms entirely. My builder friend, Greg, suggested that both of us add a new window and improve the existing insulation. These measures aimed to improve the circulation of air in the house and inhibit heat from getting into the indoor space. Tim suggested that I install a ceiling fan to help in cooling the body, however his suggestion was born from his observation on where the overheated air was more concentrated within the house. After making the necessary adjustments and Heating and Air Conditioning installations, I was able to achieve our desired indoor temperature.
