Earbuds improve workout

It is really refreshing and the only time I workout at the gym without my music blasting.

There is a certain piece of equipment that I feel is vital to my physical fitness. Most people own this piece of equipment and don’t think about the importance of it. I am referring to headphones, earbuds, air pods, or whatever name the specific model is called. I believe headphones are the first piece of “workout equipment” a person should invest into. It’s essential to have music to listen to during the workout. The headphones block out exterior noise & distractions of what’s going outside of the workout. The right soundtrack will motivate and make the workout more enjoyable. I think it’s very difficult to go for a run or spend an hour a t the gym without a pair of earbuds. I pay for a gym membership & enjoy using the wide array of equipment offered. The gym provides a sauna & a hot tub right next to each other, alongside a good sized swimming pool. I like to use all three of them. I start in the sauna and work up a sweat. I then relax in the hot tub for just a few minutes before diving into the swimming pool. It is really refreshing and the only time I workout at the gym without my music blasting. Otherwise, every time I workout, whether lifting weights, riding the stationary bike or using the rowing machine, I have my music cracked to block out everything and everyone else. I can focus totally on my workout. If I could find waterproof earbuds, I would be wearing them in the pool while I swim laps.
